Broccoli with Seitan served with Noodles
I made a simple dinner today; I sauteed half of a box of seitan strips, along with four cloves of garlic thickly sliced. When the seitan was starting to brown, I added about a third of a cup of broccoli florets and a little bit of jalapeno. A few minutes later, with the seitan lightly brown and the broccoli deeper green, I added just a touch, maybe a tablespoonful, of roughly chopped onion. I served after a minute or two longer of cooking, along with half of a package of ramen noodles and coconut aminos.
