Vegan "Meatball"-Mushroom saute with (prepared) Pineapple-Cucumber Gazpacho

Tonight I made a saute of several types of mushrooms with onions and Nate's Savory Mushroom vegan "meatballs". I added a little bit of some unusual spices to this dish, such as ginger and turmeric. I also grilled asparagus. At Whole Foods Market today, they had an interesting pineapple-cucumber gazpacho; I purchased it and we enjoyed it - though it had a bit too much jalapeno (or other hot pepper).
