Smoky Maple Tempeh with Red Lentil Rotini (No Added Fat)
Tonight, it was dinner for just my daughter and me. I had a little bit - enough for the two of us - of the Tolerant brand red lentil rotini that I described on March 31. I served a simple pasta with smoky maple tempeh mixed into marinara atop the rotini.
