Purple Sweet Potato, Brussels Sprouts, Cranberry Sauce (No Added Fat)
10-19 minutes to cook under high pressure in the Instant Pot pressure cooker. We had thin purple sweet potatoes, so I went with 13 minutes in the high pressure steam mode, with about a cup of water and a trivet, supporting the sweet potatoes so that they didn't touch the container.
I know that the main course included Brussels sprouts, probably also cooked in the Instant Pot. I remember that we enjoyed the meal, though my wife and daughter did not like the cranberry sauce.
