Brussels Sprouts in lime marinade, leftovers incl squash
Tonight, I cut some Brussels sprouts in half and marinated them in Drew's Thai Sesame Lime dressing /marinade then sauteed them with a little shallot. I heated the squash stuffed with scrambled tempeh that I had made last week and some rice with lentils that we had left from the South Indian restaurant last Thursday. A salad and avocado, stuffed with the avocado salad from last night, rounded out the meal.
