20060509 Rapini (broccoli rabe) with tempeh

I sauteed tempeh with onion and broccoli rabe (rapini). The greens, of course, cooked way down even after just a few minutes. I served this with remaining lemon sourdough boule, lightly toasted, and heirloom tomato with locally grown spicy mesculun mix.
