Melissa's Escarole and Basil Soup with Navy Beans, Potatoes O'Brien, Vegan Meatballs

This week, our local soup specialist had for sale Escarole and Basil Soup with Navy Beans, which I heated up tonight, as well as Spinach and Dill Soup with Potato. I also heated some Potatoes O'Brien and Nate's Savory Mushroom vegan "meatballs".
