Limed Broccolini, Potatoes O'Brien

I made a quick dinner tonight. I picked up a package of organic frozen Potatoes O'Brien, cubed potatoes, bell pepper, and onion (easier than cubing potato so small) and simply sauteed it, stirring occasionally, over medium-high heat in a little bit of oil for about 10 minutes. I quickly sauteed some broccolini for a few minutes till the green intensified, then reduced the heat and added some Baja Lime marinade, salt, and paprika - wow, that lime really makes the vegetable shine! I made a salad and served a few pieces of prepared balsamic roasted tofu.
