Mango-marinated broccoli, chickpea salad, cauliflower, rice

I made a simple dinner tonight, primarily consisting of items I had picked up from Whole Foods Market, such as a Lebanese chickpea salad, cilantro rice, and cauliflower. I also briefly cooked in very little oil some broccoli, along with pine nuts and shallots; when it was almost done, I added a little mango marinade.
